1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AutoIQ, including the website, application, automations, reporting tools, messaging features, and related services provided for automotive businesses.
By using AutoIQ, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling who can access your workspace, and making sure the information inside the account is accurate and current.
If you invite staff, contractors, or other users into your workspace, you are responsible for their activity under that workspace unless the law says otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You may use AutoIQ only for lawful business purposes connected to running and improving an automotive operation.
You may not use the service to send unlawful spam, impersonate another business or person, interfere with the platform, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious code, or process data you do not have the right to use.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and checkout
Paid AutoIQ plans are billed through the platform checkout flow made available on the site. Your subscription terms, renewal timing, taxes, and payment method handling are managed through that checkout and related billing records.
Unless a plan or order page says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file and for paying charges associated with your selected plan.
5. Customer data and communications
AutoIQ may store and process customer, vehicle, service, messaging, scheduling, and shop-operating data that you or your team enter into the platform in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect, upload, message, and use that data, including when you send reminders, review requests, or service-related communications through AutoIQ.
6. Service changes and availability
AutoIQ may update, improve, add, remove, or reconfigure features from time to time. We may also perform maintenance, apply security updates, or change plan packaging when the service needs it.
We aim for reliable uptime, but AutoIQ is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Temporary outages, degraded performance, or third-party dependency failures can happen.
7. Intellectual property
AutoIQ and its underlying software, branding, workflows, and site content remain the property of AutoIQ or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during an active subscription, not ownership of the platform itself.
You keep ownership of the business data you submit to AutoIQ, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, back up, and operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
AutoIQ is provided on an as-available basis. Operational suggestions, reminders, automations, reporting insights, and AI-generated outputs are tools to support your team, not a substitute for your own business judgment, compliance review, or customer communication standards.
Some of these disclaimers may need to be refined over time with formal legal review, but the practical intent is simple: use the platform as a business tool and verify critical decisions yourself.
9. Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AutoIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
If AutoIQ is found liable for a claim related to the service, our total liability will generally be limited to the amount you paid AutoIQ for the applicable subscription during the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay subscription charges, misuse the platform, create security or legal risk, or use AutoIQ in a way that harms the service or other users.
You may stop using AutoIQ or cancel your subscription through the applicable billing or account path. Ending the subscription does not erase obligations that arose before termination, including unpaid charges.
11. Changes to these terms
AutoIQ may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when the change is material.
Your continued use of AutoIQ after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
12. Questions
If you have questions about these terms, use the contact information already associated with your AutoIQ workspace, billing record, or onboarding communications so the request can be verified and handled quickly.
